David Bowie Slane Castle Dublin, Ireland July 11, 1987
Source: TDK Cassettes --> TEAC Tape Deck w600r --> RealTek HD Audio Manager --> Audacity --> Wav --> FLAC Front End 8 --> Upload
Description: This is a low gen (believed) recording of Bowie's gig at Slane Castle on the Glass Spider Tour. This is a really good show and features great versions of Jean Genie and White Light, White Heat, a little different than the rest of the tour. Bowie works crowd control during several songs even stopping Absolute Beginners to instruct the crushing crowd down front. This is also one of the only shows (maybe the only show) where Bowie introduces Sons Of The Silent Age in between the end of the song and Dancing With The Big Boys. I received this in a trade years ago so I think it's an 'alternate source' to what may have posted by chrisnathou. Anyway, good show, enjoy!! From the Blackout archives.
