The latest nightly build of Ezquake 2.0alpha now has a feature where I can play a demo then when it gets to the good parts I can record a demo from within that demo, basically giving me the ability to cut out all the crap and post snippets of funny or amazing stuff without having to post the whole damned game.
Perfect for a demo freak like me! Now all I need is an editor to splice them together for a true highlight reel.

The new feature actually records with the game engine and saves as an MVD. I use fraps to do the avi conversion but there is a built in way to do it in EZquake. Too much bother for me since I have Fraps.

Once you have the AVI files, you should be able to use a program such as VirtualDub to join them together into a single "Highlight Reel"...
