In the Mind-Warp PavilionI like the name "Mind-Warp Pavilion" -- enough of a Bowie reference to go with my long history and association with Ziggy In Concert and Savage Jaw, but obscure enough so that the folks we all see at Bowie concerts yawning during the brilliant part of the setlist, yet dancing, shouting and singing their little hearts out to "Let's Dance" (and you know who you are!), may not quite "get it". So yes, "Mind-Warp Pavilion" is a good name -- "mindwarppavilion" is a horrible, horrible URL.
Let's face it... It doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, and according to Google search results, it is difficult for many to spell. Here, and in many other forums, people have given up completely on even trying (and I don't blame them) and simply use the "MWP" shorthand when talking about the site. So in an effort to make things a little easier for our members and visitors, I have registered the new, shorter
www.gomwp.org domain and redirected it to the site. Yes, it is still an "org" domain, but hopefully it will make it easier for folks to remember or to get here when their Favorite Links aren't available. (You have added us to your Favorite Links, right?
)
And for you old timers, or those of us with that little place in our hearts, you can still use
