Many people are receiving the following error when attempting to open attachments on the tracker:

An Error Has Occurred!
It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board.

This error happens due to a coding changing in the forum software being incompatible with custom code used to bridge the forum and the tracker. The good news is that the error is replicatable, the bad news is that it may take some time to fix.

In the mean time, you can open the attachment directly through the forum. Click the "Forum" tab at the top of the page and then select the correct message base (Audio Announcements or Video Announcements) from the forum index.

UPDATE:

I have modified the code and I believe it has fixed the problem. If someone could confirm, that would be great. If not, I will just wait until someone mentions the problem again to review further. Wink
