Slightly off topic but....Just wondering if any of you guys using Virgin Media have had their so called free 'upgrades' in your area yet?. Eg the L package is supposed to be upgraded from 4MB to 10Mb. Has it actually made a difference? Im currently on the L package here in Newcastle (the date for upgrade has not yet been announced for this area) and recently the performance is way down to what it originally was - even the speed which web pages load up seems to be degrading.
