The Mind-Warp PaVilion mission statement:

a) Mind-Warp PaVilion is a coding project with the scope of building a unified site by interlocking a number of services with self-developed tools, bringing new or expanding existing functionality within the community;

b) To create a diverse and open-ended community that does not pander or prescribe to a single methodology ensuring all members are welcome regardless of experience, preference or belief systems in the form and function of the services described above.

To achieve this goal in the most efficient manner, Mind-Warp PaVilion is dividing into two distinct tiers, each with very specific tasks and responsibilities.

The development tier is tasked with the architecture, management and development of the site at the server level, and to provide front line support as it directly relates to the site and its functionality.

The management tier will focus on the management and moderation of the site, including all of its content and policies, at the community level. All Administrators and Global Moderators are equally empowered to make decisions individually, or to work as a unit, to ensure the site remains in alignment with the statement above.
