I have a torrent that I am finished downloading and have been uploading for a few days, Pink Floyd - HRV CDR013 REV A - Steel Breeze.torrent.  I also am trying to download Echo And The Bunnymen - Live At Royal Albert Hall 07-18-1983 (DVD).torrent.  Both of these are now giving me an error that says: "rejected by tracker - not authorized; torrent not registered with this tracker.  I understand the words, but have no idea what it means.  If I leave the error boxes up for a while and then close them I can see that there has been traffic on both torrents.  Any ideas?   Thank you for any help.
