I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to download the 2 screen captures over at the Duffy torrent [Duffy - 2008-09 - LSO St Lukes Proshot DVBS DVD [PAL] ... http://www.mindwarppavilion.org/ezt/torrents-details.php?id=1304], but I keep getting this message: An Error Has Occurred! It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board. Does anyone know why I would be getting this message? Here are my profile stats: My Tracker Profile Uploaded: 24.53 GB Credits: 165.31 MB Downloaded: 9.51 GB Ratio: 2.6 It certainly seems that I am a member in good standing. What's the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, rockcat |

It's happened before...seems to be an issue that bewley's looking into. For the moment you could try saving as after right clicking...for some it worked. Let us know  |

Also, you can try logging out and logging back in.
It seems that since the upgrade this has been an issue and it looks like it might have to do with old cookies.

I've tried both of the above suggestions and neither works. When I right-click, I only get a file called "index.htm" or "index.php". Obviously, this isn't what I want. Logging out and then back in again did not restore my ability to download attachments.
Thanks for the suggestions. Got any more?

Hmmmm... I might need to hit the support forum and see if I can dig anything up...
I have turned back on thumbnail views and maybe this will resolve this issue. Please check the Duffy thread again and let us know.

Sorry, but I'm still getting the same error message.
I've tried logging out and then back in again. I even restarted my PC. No luck.

I see nothing in the support forum regarding this and I am unable to replicate with old and new test accounts. I may need to dig into the code this weekend and see if I can come up with something...  |

This has also happened to me... I think this is an issue with the browser or download manager not identifying the file type. Have you tried to open the attachment by left clicking. The program then thought about it and correctly tried to open it for me in (possibly) the same window, but maybe using the default program for the file type. From there, you can save it in the correct format to the HD. I never actually solved this problem, though... It was overcome when I changed computers. |

That narrows it down. It has to do with the setup of the boards... I will need to dig into the configuration and see what I can figure out.

I have changed the permissions on a number of boards in an attempt to fix this issue.
If someone can confirm that this change fixed the problem (or not), I would appreciate it.
