JAY'S PERSONAL COMMENTS:
NONE!  Just listen to this smooth jazz, and enjoy the show!  The quality of the recording is good, the musicians are excellent, and their chemistry together pulled this show off without any problems!

I did "break up" St. Thomas right where the bass solo begins, but there's enough overlap where not a single note is missed. It was easier to do it this way then to work with the segue into the next song.

PERSONAL RATINGS: (on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being excellent)
Audio Mix: 9.7
Audio Quality: 9.8
Energy Level: 10
Show "Completeness": 10

The first kind word I've encountered on one of these boards.  My little brother talked me into getting involved with the torrent community to share my years of collecting.  Of the sites I've downloaded to, this is th eonly one not to greet me with moaning, whining and "why didn't you include cover art".

At quick glance, I'ce got the 1980.12.16 Santa Monica show on my hdd.  Do you already have it?

Bill,
Tried, but it Dime appears to be an exclusive club...
I usually hang around the bookstore.  I'm always willing to share what I've got, and add to the unlistenable amount of music I have, as well.

Tull Smiley

Keep trying DIME, it's not that hard to get in. They have a LOT of jazz. I can post some here but I don't want to be redundant..... Any requests?
Cheers, Bill

You won't look redundant uploading jazz  Wink
Until a few months ago we had a pretty busy jazzy uploading section, it was appreciated by many users Smiley

thanks for posting this audio torrent. wayyyyy cool to find good metheny recordings here, regardless of the line-up he is playing with. this is an excellent performance by all, and i am truly enjoying this new find.

on the flip side, this is such a tease... i'm new to the torrent universe, so these shared performances are golden to me. please post more!!!
